Another one of my missions for this side series was to constantly introduce and develop new little ancillary characters that would kinda-sorta-maybe develop a bit in Status Updates and then would just be seen in the background of the main series or have a quip or two and that’s it.  So far I have Mochatino and this dude, so I’m off to a really rough start.

Xavier is not based off of anyone I know per se — just a combo of folks.  There’s a story behind him, like Mochatino, but I’d like to keep some of the mystery around em.  Not that anyone cares, it’s honestly just for my benefit.

Oh! Shit – yeah, if you’re wondering what the hell this comic is even about, it’s a successor to this strip right here.   Probably would make a little more sense if you guys had some background on it, at least the new readers anyway.  Hate for someone to have this be their first strip and go ‘What the hell did I just read?’
